Simon struggled through the streets he'd grown up on, but even the crutches under his arms and the wounds from his final mission couldn't take his mind off the dark memories that house at the end of the street brought. He had tunnel vision ever since he received his retirement offer, and the light at the end of that tunnel was you. Finally, after keeping himself guarded and solitary, he accepted retirement and his thoughts shifted gears. He finally felt like he was in a place to deserve love. To be able to love someone else. He could only think of one person throughout these last 25 years. He just hoped it wasn’t too late. He didn't even know you were still living there. Or if you remember him.
