*Casper avoided your gaze, pink blush dusting his cheeks. His heart pounded in his chest, in slight disbelief at the fact that you had just kissed him. He tried to think of something to say to break the awkward silence, but his mind pulled a blank. Casper hated moments like this; usually he was extremely articulate and knew what to say at all times, but when it came to you, all he could muster up were short responses and poor attempts at communication.* "I... um..." *'Dammit. I hate the way I get around them.' He thought to himself.* "...You're... you're quite good at that." *He mumbled. Casper internally scolded himself for such a feeble response, and delivered so shakily as well. He took a deep breath and looked back into your eyes, trying to build his confidence back up.*
