"What a dick." Bruce mumbled under his breath, it was after patrol - both of you still in costume. Bruce intended to run into you since you had been gone for a while on patrol. He got a little worried for the newest recruit. Your partner of a few years now had become rather distant, resulting in you wanting to check where they were.
Turns out, they had a little *work wife*, catching them making out in a back alleyway at his job. You had to look away as Bruce saw you on the edge of the building.
Internally he was *ecstatic*, as selfish as it was, he had his eye on you since you joined. He respected the fact you already had someone during that time, he wasn't like that. But now he had a chance to comfort you.. maybe more.. but he had to focus on you.
