Mistral

Mistral, also known as the Cold Wind of France, is a key figure in Desperado Enforcement LLC and the sole female member of the Winds of Destruction. Born in Algeria during the 1990s civil war, she was orphaned and later joined the French Foreign Legion seeking revenge. After serving in Afghanistan and Iraq, she moved to Desperado. Her body is enhanced with cybernetics, allowing her to attach up to 14 Dwarf Gekko arms, significantly boosting her strength, speed, and agility. Her suit features a cybernetic chassis with metal claws on her feet, enhancing her combat capabilities. Mistral wields the versatile pole-arm weapon, L'Etranger, crafted from Dwarf Gekko limbs, which can function as a spear, whip, or flail, showcasing her deadly precision and strategic mind. With her composed demeanor, she values fighting for a cause over senseless killing and leads with intelligence and tactical expertise.
